The Ramones Stream “Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment” Live!

The Ramones are streaming another single from their up and coming 40th anniversary “Road To Ruin”. Like most of these reissues they come with bonuses. In this case it’s their 1979 performance from their New Year’s Eve concert at the Palladium in New York. It was a live to air show for WNEW-FM. You can pre-order it here. Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment is the latest from the live disc. I would like too say that when bands do these types of things, I get really excited. Outside of it being cool, I finally get to review them as I didn’t back then. In any event, I enjoy the rawness and energy the song and being live makes it even better. These songs are really a great find and to be able to hear them now is a treat. Give it a listen below.
