The Mini Meltdowns Release An Interesting Take On Suicide With “I Wanna Die”!

The Mini Meltdowns has released a new single from their current EP “Destined For Disaster”. I Wanna Die is the new song from the record. The lyrics take a different perspective on wanting to commit suicide. Suicide is serious subject matter, but thebans tastefully takes a Ground Hog Day approach where the main character tries to kill himself and appears back in bed waking up from a dream. Apparently he really doesn’t want to die. He is just in a bad relationship and wants to get out of it. Check out the following lyrics;

“Lately I’ve been actin’ strange I know I make you miserable baby Maybe there’s no need to explain But it’s starting to drive me crazy

You make me wanna die”

I think we all have been in a similar situation with a relationship where you are just miserable. In any event, the band does a great job telling that side of story. The video is excellent portrayal of his mind set and take a fun approach showing it, tying in animation. Check it out below.
