Ed King former guitarist of Lynyrd Skynyrd has died at the age of 68. No cause was specified but he was known to be battling lung concert. He is most well known for co-writing Lynyrd Skynyrd’s Sweet Home Alabama. The band’s only top ten hit. King was in the band from 1972-1975 and again from 1987-1996. He definitely made his mark in Souther Rock history. R.I.P. Ed!
