Saxon Share Empathy For Pandemic Victims With New Single “Remember The Fallen”!

Saxon has a new album coming out on February 4th titled “Carpe Diem”. You can pre-order it here. The second single from the record is Remember The Fallen. The new single is about the people who have died because of Covid-19. I think they do a great job describing it all. The opening verse sets it up;

Now that’s some fantastic wording to describe the origin. Throughout the song you get that. I find it lyrically brilliant. The music matches that. You get great licks and a smooth driving beat. Biff Byford still can sing and shows his vocal prowess. But the guitar solo by Doug Scarratt is eargasmic. I think the whole song, lyrics, music are a great homage to the people who have passed because of the virus. The video shows the band playing the song mixed it with images from the pandemic. Check it all out below.
