This week’s Rockucation question is:
This groupie story is witnessed by Carmine Appice as he was in the band Vanilla Fudge that was sharing the bill with the band in question. This was in 1969 at the Seattle Pops Festival. Frank Zappa even recorded a song about the incident. Both bands stayed at a hotel in Seattle that actually sat on the water, where some members and managers fished from their hotel balcony. This is where it gets interesting. The band in question supposedly used a fish caught that day to penetrate said groupie, among other things. Name the group and the type of fish that was used.
