Robert Jon & The Wreck has released another stand alone single Help Yourself. This band continues to just put out great music. This one is a bit retro sounding and that's a good thing. As the title suggests, the song is about taking care of yourself before you can help anyone else. As you listen to the track, you'll find yourself appreciating the musicianship here.
