Quinn Sullivan Releases what seems to be a stand alone single titled Salvation (Make Me Wanna Pray). Hearing the beginning verses, one would think this is an atheist anthem. But it really is about a guy who didn't think who could ever fall in love and discovers that he can't live without her. You know the tale. Sullivan does a great job delivering the arrogance and then the emotion of the words of feeling pain. There is a point where the music stops and his voice kicks in and I think that is a brilliant break in the song. Musically, you can hear his Eric Clapton influence. I do like his soloing and licks throughout the track. Accompanying the song is a lyric video with some images of Sullivan intertwined throughout it. You can check it out below.
