Neil Young Releases “Cowgirl In The Sand” Live From 1970!

Neil Young is starting an Official Bootleg Series on October 1st. You can get it through his website here. The first one is a 23 song setlist titled “The New Young Official Bootleg Series–Carnegie Hall 1970”. The date of that show was December 4th, 1970. This is when Young did a solo acoustic set tour. Ahead of its release we get Cowgirl In The Sand, which it first appeared on his 1969 album “Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere”. How awesome is that we get to hear this 51 years later. This is Young at his best. This is perfection to me. I have nothing to say but take it all in and enjoy. The video shows pictures of him performing from that night. Check it out below.
