Mike Campbell & The Dirty Knobs will be releasing a new album on March 4th titled “External Combustion”. You can pre-order it here. Wicked Mind is the lead single from the record. It’s a nice hard rocking one. Up tempo and nice riffs. You definitely hear the influence that Mike Campbell had on Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers through this number. Campbell’s guitar solo is pretty smoking as well. This tune will grow on you. The video is interesting but the parts I like is the band performing, the rest of it not so much but there is some humor so I like that. I’ll let you decide for yourself, it’s an interesting take on the song. Check it out below.
