Matt Sorum (Velvet Revolver, Guns & Roses) is releasing a new side project known as Kings Of Chaos! Look for announcements soon about the debut album soon. The new single “Judgement Day” features Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top), Slash (Guns & Roses, Velvet Revolver) and Duff McKagan (Guns & Roses, Velvet Revolver). Well, I wasn’t sure what to expect with this as I always known Sorum as a drummer, but he takes centerstage here as the singer as well. The song seems heavily rooted into more of a Punk vibe to me. I guess his voice suits the sound. Musically, it doesn’t do much for me, it’s meh. I expected something better for the talent in the track. The video is really a mess to me. The highlight is Gibbons playing a DJ. It’s unfortunate that we don’t Slash and McKagan. Check it out below.
