On Friday, April 14th, Minneapolis Glam-Punk legends FLIPP return to the concert stage to headline a triple-band bill CD Release Concert at the James Ballentine Uptown VFW Post 246 in Minneapolis. Former MCA Records recording artist Melvin James reunites The Crash Street Kids for a special, highly anticipated mid-bill set. The Red Flags will set the whole thing off at 9:00 pm – come early. As mentioned at the start, headliners FLIPP and Rocksteady Records are releasing a 20th Anniversary Platinum Expanded Edition of the band’s long out of print 1997 self-titled debut CD. This reissue contains the entire original album as well as a selection of bonus tracks including previously unreleased demos and outtakes, and two brand new recordings done in January 2017 just for this CD project.
