Def Leppard will be releasing a new album “Diamond Star Halos”. Due out May 27th, you can pre-order it here. Kick is the lead single. The band is paying homage to their glam roots through the album. This track is no different. It’s anthemic in a retro way. Right out of the gate the song reminds me of Joan Jett style song. Obviously, this will go over great live. Probably written with that in mind. You’ll be singing along in no time. It’s got the hooks and it’s catchy and very radio friendly. Overall, I think it’s a fun track and poppy. We don’t get a video for it but a stream over the cover of the new album. Check it out below.
