Coheed And Cambria Release A Unique Cover Of Kiss’s “Love Gun”!

Coheed And Cambria has a new album coming out on May 27th titled “Vaxis II: A Window Of The Waking Mind”. You can pre-order it here. The new single from it is an acoustic cover of Kiss’s Love Gun. This wasn’t something I was expecting from them, but I will say this is how you make a cover. You make it your own. Outside of the lyrics and sound, you would never know this is a Kiss song.
The band took a classic rocking number and turned it into a beautiful acoustical piece. I love the fact drummer Josh Eppard plays a cajon drum, amazing. The vocals of Claudio Sanchez are just brilliant. As many of you know I am a huge Kiss fan and I have to say this left me blown away. The video is done in black and white an t’s the band playing it and it’s just great watch. Check it out below.
