Bon Jovi has released a new holiday single Christmas Isn't Christmas. Bon Jovi has put out Christmas songs in the past. This one is about how the holiday isn't the same when a loved one isn't there for the big day. The lyrics paint a pretty picture of what the special day is all about. Musically, it really doesn't stand out like you would think. But I think the bigger surprise here is how restrained Bon Jovi's voice is. Many have said his voice was shot on his last tour and you can hear him trying to control the vocal here. I'll leave the rest of my commentary there.
