Blacktop Mojo Releases New Single “Can’t Sleep”!

Blacktop Mojo has a new album coming out on September 13th titled “Under The Sun”. You can pre-order it here. Ahead of it’s release they have a new single Can’t Sleep. This one sets a dark mood to pull you in. Don’t let the soft undertones fool you. Once you get to the chorus the band kicks it up a notch to make you feel the pain of the lyrics. Matt James always delivers the songs with such passion that makes you believe everything he sings. The music stands on its own, but take notice of Nathan Gillis’s drumming. It really drives this song and the emotions behind it. I like the ride this one takes you on. The video does a better job than I could at explaining the reasons of not being able to sleep. Along with the story line that is well done, the band performs the song. I always enjoy when they do that. I am hoping to catch them on tour this year.
